

Tara Ghormley, DVM, DACVIM (Internal Medicine)​
My Story
Dr. Ghormley grew up in Arizona and graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State in by a one-year rotating internship in San Diego. She completed her residency training at specialty practices in Los Angeles and became board certified in internal medicine in 2014. Tara discovered she enjoyed abdominal sonography and after many years in clinical practice decided to open her own business with the goal of providing mobile ultrasound and in-depth case consultation to local veterinarians.

Dr. Ghormley lives with her husband, cats, rabbits, and angry chinchillas. In her free time, she enjoys going to theme parks and fandom conventions.


Priscilla Rode
Veterinary Assistant, Ultrasound Technician, Co-Founder, Secretary & CFO of VIM of SoCal
My Story
Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Priscilla has always loved animals. She entered the veterinary field in 2004, beginning as a receptionist and progressing to a technician.
During her training, she developed an interest in ultrasonography and in 2009 obtained certification as a human diagnostic medical sonographer. She received further veterinary ultrasound training during her time as an internal medicine technician. Priscilla also has an associate degree in business fundamentals.

Priscilla loves spending time with her three children and husband. She enjoys designing and making crystal jewelry and has an interest in Eastern modalities such as Reiki and crystal healing. She hopes to attend law school in the future.
